Good Grief: Conscious Conversation and Meditation
Nichole DeMent
4th Sundays | 10:00am – 11:30am | Online on Zoom
Good Grief is a weekly gathering for those navigating the tender terrain of grief, loss, and transformation. This is a sacred space to slow down, feel whats real, and begin to relate to grief not as a problem to solve, but as a powerful portal into presence, connection, and meaning. Each session will offer heart-centered meditation, reflective conversation, and potentially visits from professionals grounded in high-vibration philosophies on death, dying, and spiritual growth. This is a sacred gathering as a gateway a space where the sorrow of what has been lost becomes the soil for deeper connection, wisdom, and transformation.
