We are a community of seekers, supporting each other in the personal quest for spiritual truth and enlightenment. The Theosophical Society in Seattle offers free public programs and meditations, a local library, and a metaphysical bookshop. We are a part of an international society dedicated to an open exchange of spiritual, philosophical, and scientific knowledge.

Member Meetings

What we do: CONNECTING, LEARNING, DREAMING! As members of the Seattle Lodge, we hold weekly meetings to learn together, to meditate and explore higher levels of consciousness, and to support each other in our spiritual growth. Library

Open to the public – Offering access to thousands of metaphysical books and media

First established in the late 1920s, the Seattle Theosophical Library has over 8,000 books, periodicals, and media dealing with Theosophy, mysticism, esotericism, comparative religion, philosophy, and related subjects.

The library is a center for exploring and studying Theosophy, healing, meditation, astrology, psychology, and spirituality. It is a rich source of inspiration for artists, students, and thinkers interested in the process of inner development.

The library also hosts a bound collection of The Theosophist journal dating back to 1885 and other early theosophical periodicals and rare texts.

Quest Bookshop

The Quest Bookshop is a service of the Theosophical Society in Seattle offering thousands of book titles, as well as tarot cards (with open samples), incense, crystals, and greeting cards.
