EFT: A Tool for Growth in Uncertain Times

Jean Jung
December 7th | 12:00pm – 1:30pm | In person

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or tapping) is an embodied practice that helps us access clarity, focus, and a deeper inner truth. In times when so many are being called to release old identities and embody new possibilities, tapping offers a way to listen inwardly, clear distortion, and return to personal power. In this interactive 90-minute workshop, participants will be invited to share a sentence or two about how they are navigating these times of uncertainty before we tap together. The collective energy grows more alive with each voice. Even those new to tapping often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their own truth after just one session.

Jean Jung is a holistic transformational coach and EFT tapping practitioner who supports people in releasing emotional blocks and outdated patternsespecially during times of personal or collective transition. She weaves in nodal astrology, metaphysical insights into physical symptoms, and intuitive readings of current paradigm shifts. Jeans approach is somatic, soulful, and deeply personal. As a dancer, writer, and cultural traveler who lived in Korea for seven years and journeyed across Asia and Europe, she brings an embodied global lens to healing and transformation. www.jeanjung.com
